  • Program Director, Spokane Community Homelessness Initiative

    Job Summary

    The Program Director for the Spokane Community Homelessness Initiative is responsible for leading both the Housing Navigation Center program and the Encampment Resolution Program facilitation. This role is a temporary full-time specialized professional position within Empire Health Foundation that is responsible for supporting the facilitation and implementation of the contract with the City of Spokane overseeing a contract for the standing up a Housing Navigation Center and the ongoing facilitation of contracted service providers for the Encampment Resolution Program under a contract with the Washington State Department of Commerce.


    The Program Director will facilitate, develop, organize and manage efforts and community partnerships related to homelessness services, and will develop strategic and effective ways to invest resources towards these efforts. This position will coordinate programs and resources related to addressing homelessness programs, including oversight of the Housing Navigation Center operations.

     

    This is a temporary, full-time position.
