Empire Health Foundation and Empire Health Community Advocacy Fund are delighted to announce the twenty grassroots organizations selected as cohort members for the Building Connections Initiative. The Building Connections Initiative is a five-year program intended to build community power among a cohort of grassroots, by and for organizations in eastern Washington.
